Red Jackets

Engineering Reds are quickly becoming one of the most iconic images on campus. Made of thick wool and leather, they are built to last and are perfect for chilly days. Heck, they’re good for any day!

Engineering Reds cost 180 dollars, and will become available for sale during the month of September. Make sure you get in touch with our Red Sales Manager so that you can ensure you’ll have your order.

Upon purchasing a Red Jacket this year, a Dave’s Club Card will be given out.

Patches

Engineering patches are being fabricated, and will be available for the 2009/2010 school year.  Patches are available for purchase through red sales as well, for things such as your Name bar, favourite number/graduating year, or engineering crest.  If you have any other ideas of something you would like to see as a patch, please let us know and we’ll try to get it made.  Overall, the Red Jackets are available so you can customize them to be what you want them to be.  Patches help to accomplish the goal by making the jackets your own.

Various patches are also awarded for various accomplishments or participating in various events.  These include patches to show your participation in charity events such as Christmas Carolling or Pi Day, serving a term on the EUS Council, or helping out with a position such as Red Sales Manager or the kEeper.

Other Items

Looking for something else?  We’re are hoping to get some different items made to be sold through Red Sales, and welcome any opinions or suggestions you may have.  Some ideas that have been tossed around so far include: toques, gloves, t-shirts, sweatshirts, and customized engineering paper.
