First Year Representatives [first@ubcoengineers.com]
The first year representatives ensure that all first year members have a voice within council. They also help improve the next year’s Frosh Week by offering ideas and suggestions of what should be changed. These two positions are elected at the end of September each academic year.
Second Year Representatives [second@ubcoengineers.com]
The second year representatives are the voice for all second year members.

Mechanical Representative [mechanical@ubcoengineers.com]
These Councillor are members in second year or higher of engineering, and have a discipline chosen. This position will ensure that the members who are in their discipline have a voice within the Society.
General Officers [general@ubcoengineers.com]
The General Officer has no set portfolio as they are not on council to represent a specific group. Many different initiatives may be started by a General Officer since they can be involved in exactly what they want.

I don’t know if the you should also include the auxillary organizations such as EWB or SPD and AOE?

I am unsure if you’re saying this should be on the same page, or if we shouldn’t include them on the website… If you think they shouldn’t be up there, let me know and I will bring it to council.
They exist as another sub page to People and Organizations at this point in time – I’m still waiting on SPD to send me an actual description or something for them.
